Carta de Representación

Una Carta de Representación o LOR (en inglés Letter of Representation) es una declaración escrita firmada por la gerencia de la compañía y el asegurado, que permitirá que el PA (Ajustador Público) maneje todos los aspectos del reclamo en nombre del asegurado.

Intake

Un Intake es un formulario o papeleo preliminar para que los clientes completen con el fin de determinar la información necesaria para continuar con el proceso de reclamación. Por lo tanto, estos formularios solicitan información sobre la persona y la propiedad.

1. Guía para la LOR (Carta de Representación)

Use this colorful guide to know exactly what information is requested in each field.	Or in other words... Handling of the claim will be carried out by the PA and the insured authorizes the PA to be considered as an additional payee for this claim.	Or in other words... Percentage agreed to be paid to the PA and ways of resolving the claim settlement.
Or in other words... Agreement to hire additional services from experts as it may be deemed and to handle any necessary mortgage endorsements.	Or in other words... Acknowledgement of possible results of the claim and declaration about the information provided to the PA being true and accurate.	Primary and secondary insured’s names and signatures and date in which it was signed.
